When sought-after tickets drop, thousands of people hit "buy" at the same moment. Overex is a ticketing platform built for exactly that moment: Spring Boot microservices that talk over gRPC and scale on Kubernetes. The project work builds the platform; the bachelor thesis then compares four strategies against overselling once the ticket path runs as many replicas.
